🟢 1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Virasat Vibes, we take immense pride in the premium quality of our wholesome seed mixes. Since our products are consumable food items, we offer a strict yet fair 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

⚠️ 2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• 📦 The product must be in its original packaging with the safety seal intact.

• ❌ Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, any seed mix bottle that has been opened, unsealed, or consumed cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrived damaged.

• 🧾 You must provide the original proof of purchase or order number.

🛠️ 3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the bottle is cracked, the safety seal is broken during transit, or you received the wrong flavor variation (e.g., received Spicy instead of Honey Gur), contact us immediately at virasatvibes299@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 311 3684928 with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no extra charge.

💸 4. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• 💳 The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

• 🏦 The amount will be credited directly to your provided Bank Account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash account.
