Thank you for choosing Virasat. We are committed to delivering your seeds and agricultural products safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

### 1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed within **1 to 2 business days** (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
* You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.
### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping across the country, with special free shipping tiers based on your order value:
* **Orders of Rs. 2,000 and Above:** FREE Shipping (No shipping charges applied at checkout).
* **Orders Below Rs. 2,000:** A flat standard shipping fee of **Rs. 250** will be charged.
**Estimated Delivery Time:** * Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
* Rural/Remote Areas: 3 to 5 business days.
*Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.*
### 3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options
* We offer **Cash on Delivery (COD)** all over the country for your convenience.
* Please ensure the correct cash amount is ready at the time of delivery. Our courier partners will only hand over the parcel after receiving the full payment.
### 4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or Email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can monitor your parcel's journey directly through the courier partner’s portal.
### 5. Delivery Attempts & Wrong Address Disclaimer
* Our courier partners will make up to **2 to 3 attempts** to deliver your parcel. If the customer is unavailable or unresponsive, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
* Please double-check your shipping address and contact number during checkout. Virasat will not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
### 6. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or if any items are missing, please contact our support team within **24 hours** of delivery with unboxing pictures/videos so we can resolve the issue immediately.
